All lessons must be cancelled 24
hours before your scheduled time
unless of sickness, injury, or any
other related reasons. If lessons
are not cancled 24 hours before
your ride time or with a valid
excuse that lesson will be billed
to the customer.
Unless you hear from us, lessons
will be held, even if the weather
looks questionable or the
calendar has an event on that day
(unless the calendar says "No
lessons"). Call, if you're uncertain.
Here's a list of excused
absences: Student comes home
sick (enough to leave work or
school), a school/business trip,
an injury, or rain days. Excuses
like "a friend is over. . . too tired. .
. forgot", etc. will be not excused
and the lesson won't be credited.
Check with Tatum if you are
unsure or have questions.
